Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Sourcing of profiles, Co-ordinating with HOD and scheduling of Interview, interview co-ordination documentation collection, release offer to the selected candidate
2. Joining formalities:
3. Time & Attendance Management: Completion of Attendance data within 4th day of every month. Leave matching of Physical (Leave card) Vs System (Attendance sheet). Data to be updated in Time Attendance System & generate reports with cross check data accuracy. Over Time calculations prepared and monitored the same. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Contractor Labour Management: Support the administration of the contract labour system, services, deliveries and grievances, especially, Co-ordination with Contractors with day to-day Attendance Management, verification of Manual attendance entries and system records, Compliance drive, Contract Labour Manpower planning with user depts, Bills verification with supporting compliance documents and endorse, Follow up with Finance on Vendor payment, Renewals of agreements & verification, ensuring the availability of contract labour as per requirement.
5. Payroll Input: Input for payroll with respect to attendance & allowances. Monitoring absenteeism i.e. late coming and early going reports.
6. Internal, External Regulatory and Social Audits: Prepare and upkeep the records/registers for facing the customers and Regulatory, Internal Audits, Social Audits, SOP & GMP Compliance, Internal Audits from Quality, External Audits, Social Audit etc...
7. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement activities like employee birthday celebrations, R&R etc...
8. Insurance/Mediclaim: Co-ordination with corporate team, claim reimbursement, clarification, follow ups,
