Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders.
  
• Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services in the US market.
  
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Business Development or related field (Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry preferred).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (Marketing specialization preferred).
  
• Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through partnerships, alliances, or direct sales efforts.
  
• Strong understanding of international marketing principles and practices; ability to adapt quickly to changing global markets.
