Job Description :

As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers remotely to drive sales, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Your role involves identifying potential leads, conducting virtual product demonstrations, handling inquiries, and closing sales through digital communication channels such as email, phone, and video conferencing. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers and prospects through virtual platforms.

- Identify and qualify leads for potential sales opportunities.

- Conduct product presentations and demos via video calls.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.

- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Qualifications :

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency with digital sales tools .

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude.
