Key Purpose of the Role
Inside Sales is responsible for:
1) Lead Qualification
New lead generation and lead handling, establishing contact, understanding requirements from the customer. Lead filtering and Lead Qualification. Leveraging CRM for all these activities
2) Platform Demo / Intro
The role essentially is aimed at making the platform a go to system for all the subscribers for their biomass and biofuel trades. Giving value based demos to the customer based on the need analysis.
Responsibilities
What Key Tasks will be involved?
1. Lead generation
a. Customer databases to be prepared using interest resources
b. Tele calling to validate their contact details and interest
c. Qualified leads to be entered in CRM for further process
2. Lead handling
a. Contact the customer via phone / mail / whattsap to understand his requirement in details
b. Give him an introduction to BiofuelCircle services
c. Capture his contact details & requirement in CRM
d. Give a platform demonstration and value offering presentation online
e. Lead once qualified, assign it to the respective sales person through CRM
f. Facilitate customer appointment with the sales person if needed
g. Convert the interest into the platform subscription
3. CRM Management
a. All leads to be entered in CRM on daily basis
b. All relevant contact information fields to be updated
c. Supporting the email automation by indicating the right stages of sales
4. Platform Demo / Intro
a. Need analysis of the customer based on conversation with the customers and mapping appropriate values of BiofuelCircle
b. Conduct Platform Demo to highlight the features of the platform
c. Complete registration and KYC
