Packaging Design

About the Role :

To conceptualise, design, standardise and oversee production of Biocon Biologics global packaging needs.

The candidate may need to communicate and co-ordinate between cross-functional teams. She/He needs to develop a strong eye for detail and ability to deliver under intense deadlines.

She/ He must have strong print production knowledge and practical exposure towards various printing techniques.

She/ He also needs to support overall Marketing Communications by contributing towards other design and communication related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of all packaging related works while following brand guidelines
• Knowledge of printing and allied processes
• Strong pre-press skills and knowledge of relevant softwares
• Basic UI and UX designs

Background and Experience Required:

• Minimum bachelors degree (preferably ART)
• 5-7 years of experience in packaging designing & development or reputed printing press
• Knowledge about colour standards of printing and packaging
• Proficiency in Indesign, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as thriving within a dynamic team environment
