Job Description:

- Sales and Marketing in printing and packaging industry

Roles and Responsibility:

- Provide inputs for the Sales plan - monthly/quarterly/annually

- Engaging with existing clients - Continuous client relationship

- Generate new business from existing clients

- Identifying new clients

- Understanding client need

- Creating pipeline for business

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order execution

- Stay connected with the client till the job is delivered - Handling issues

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in the printing and packaging industry

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles in printing and packaging

- Strong understanding of printing and packaging market trends, competitor activity, and innovative solutions

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced industry
