Global Legal Manager - Merger & Acquisition/Commercial Contract

Responsibilities:

- A legal professional with practical experience in IT and software licensing, including SaaS/IUS licensing, and expertise in IT project agreements. The ideal candidate will have a background in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of insurance regulations.

- Who are solution-oriented, hands-on, and able to provide practical legal guidance in complex scenarios

- Ensure a strong focus on contracts to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

- Manage legal matters, including Contract Management, arbitration, policy drafting, and documentation, to safeguard the company's legal position.

- Negotiate, draft, vet, and finalize contracts and agreements, managing the contract lifecycle to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

- Offer legal opinions and advice to Business Teams, guiding them on complex legal matters and ensuring compliance.

- Provide legal assistance on registering and protecting intellectual property, safeguarding the company's intellectual assets.

- Directly manage legal matters assigned by the Board of Directors, demonstrating strong legal acumen and strategic decision-making.

- Assess legal risks, review ongoing cases, and provide risk management advice to proactively address legal challenges.
