Pre Requisites:

- 15+ Years' experience in handling legal department in NBFCs, BFSI.

- 3-5 years' Experience handling legal proceedings on recovery side of business.

- Legal Proceedings.

- Ensure timely recall notices are sent for all legal cases and coordinate with branch manager to ensure that the recovery happens from the customer before legal proceedings.

- Responsible for legal proceedings such as filing cases and summon, executing warrant and all un-awarded arbitrations Managing Personnel and Value add services.

- Coordination with the empaneled resources on legal matters related with Business, Collections & Recovery.

- Maintaining relations with the Court officials, Police Machineries & other Govt. authorities.

- Standardize processes towards Filing, Drafts, Documents retrieval and reduce their TAT, with the available resources & panel lawyers on board etc.

- Provide guidance to recovery team about legal procedure for possession of Assets and recovery of monies using legal recourse Provide value added services in terms of legal implications when new customers are awarded with loans Captive Organizational Legal Requirements.

- Drafting of all legal documents, formats and agreements with due coordination with for the purpose of protection of company's best interests.

- In-charge of filing civil/criminal complaint against employees, customers, dealers, agencies, DSAs, DMAs etc. in case of integrity issues or frauds with due consultation with Branches, HR, etc.

- Administrative Responsibilities: Preparation and submission of reports on legal settlements completed, attachments, arbitrations, OTS Settlements, Repo and Recovery.
