Position Overview:.

- As a Product Manager, you will drive the success of tax and finance technology products throughout their lifecycle.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.

- Your expertise in tax compliance, finance workflows, and emerging technologies will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Vision - Define the product strategy and vision based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.

- Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and drive product innovation and differentiation.

- Roadmap Planning and Prioritization. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Requirements Gathering and Documentation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and engineering teams, to gather and document product requirements.

- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with precision.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across all functions.

- Agile Product Development.

- Lead agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

- Drive iterative product improvements through collaboration with development teams.

- Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
