Binary Semantics - Business Analyst (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the BFSI domain, particularly in Insurance. The ideal candidate should have experience in business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management, along with a solid understanding of enterprise-level projects and third-party integrations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, with expertise in insurance as a Business Analyst / Business Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.

- Excellent communication (oral & written), analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of logical architecture principles and exposure to technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, and Automation.

- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC models.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Visio, Excel, etc.) for creating process flow diagrams, approach documents, NFR documents, and RACI matrices.

- Hands-on experience in enterprise-level projects and third-party integrations.

- Strong documentation and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

- B.Tech + MBA (preferred).

- Expertise in requirement gathering & analysis and translating business needs into detailed requirement definitions and use cases.

- Experience in pre-sales support and collaborating with business development teams.

- Working knowledge of SQL commands (preferred).
