Responsibilities:

- Lead the Product Vision: Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term goals while adapting to business and client needs.

- Build & Scale: Ensure the platform can scale to handle large numbers of users (500+ B2B clients or equivalent in a B2C environment), with a focus on reliability under high traffic.

- Manage & Grow the Team: Lead a talented team of product managers, fostering their growth while ensuring cross-functional collaboration across departments.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to align product development with business objectives and client expectations.

- Keep the Customer in Mind: Ensure customer feedback informs product development, delivering features that enhance their experience.

- Set Metrics for Success: Define and track key metrics to measure product performance and its alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7+ Years of experience in Product management, experience in a funded start-up will be strongly preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software engineering

- Under Grad Engineering Degree, strong preference in a CS degree.

- MBA will be a strong plus.

- Team building and handling experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex insurance tech concepts for a diverse audience.
