Role & responsibilities

• Process Designing for new product
• Cost Estimation for new parts
• Cycle time estimation, tooling selection for new parts
• On time Completion of new parts development
• Design of fixture, tooling, layout for new products.
• Trouble shooting NPD Process
• Coordinate with various departments for process, on time delivery and quality
• Design of metrology & PPAP Documents
• Understand and write Milling Programs
• Conduct FMEA and Risk Assessments
• Ensure compliance with ISO ,AS And Industry Standards for Quality Assurance
• Maintain Technical Documentation including BOMs and Process Sheets.
• Foster Cross-Functional teamwork for faster product launches.
• Cost Negotiation
• Excellent Understanding of Engineering drawing, GD&Ts and Metrology

Preferred candidate profile

Experience -Above 10 years

Qualification -BE Mechanical

Experience in Aerospace/Automotive industry

Experience in APQP and PPAP Documents

Kannada & English Must
