Forex Training Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Forex Training Manager to lead and develop our trading education programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in forex trading, market analysis, and risk management. You will be responsible for designing training courses, mentoring traders, and ensuring they gain the skills needed to succeed in the forex market.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop & Deliver Training Programs

• Create structured forex training modules, covering beginner to advanced levels.
• Conduct live and recorded webinars, workshops, and trading sessions.
• Develop educational content, including articles, videos, and tutorials.

✅ Trader Mentorship & Support

• Guide and mentor new and experienced traders to improve their trading performance.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.
• Offer insights on trading strategies, risk management, and market psychology.

✅ Market Analysis & Strategy Development

• Conduct daily/weekly market analysis and share trading insights.
• Teach traders how to analyze charts, use indicators, and interpret news events.
• Develop and refine trading strategies based on market conditions.

✅ Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track traders progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to trading techniques.
• Analyze trading results and refine training programs accordingly.

✅ Stay Updated with Market Trends

• Keep up with forex market trends, news, and technological advancements.
• Continuously update training materials to align with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Forex Trainer, Trading Coach, or Professional Trader.
• Strong knowledge of technical & fundamental analysis.
• Expertise in trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, TradingView, etc.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex forex concepts for beginners.
• Strong risk management and strategy development skills.
• Prior experience in a brokerage, prop firm, or trading academy is a plus.
