Business Development Manager

Job description We seek a dynamic and experienced Forex Business Development Manager to join our team. Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base in the Forex and stock market segments.
• Identify and prospect potential clients, including retail traders, institutional investors, and corporate entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
• Drive sales growth by effectively pitching products and services, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of market developments and provide insights to clients regarding investment opportunities and risk management strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development, preferably in the Forex and/or stock market industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and investment products.
