Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team at Finowiz Fintech Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and business development background within the forex or financial services industry. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
○ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
○ Identify and acquire new clients through various sales channels.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
○ Provide tailored forex solutions to meet client needs.
○ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
○ Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams product knowledge and sales skills.
○ Monitor and analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.
○ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

○ Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory standards.
○ Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
○ Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
○ Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
