Call Audit, Quality analyst of BPO industry who can listen to the agents calls and share feedback.
Must be a graduate or higher.
Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills.
Experience of at least 2 years as quality assurance.
Should be known to quality parameters, 7QC tools, Call calibrations, and evaluations.

3 Rounds of interview

first round is face to face in office

and 2nd and 3rd round will be on video call.
