Maintain a positive demeanour and handle customer complaints with diplomacy and
patience.
Actively engage in sales lead generation efforts to meet team targets.
Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints promptly.
Provide comprehensive and precise information utilizing our CRM system and established
SOPs.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive ongoing enhancements in service delivery. Good customer service skills and handling customers with empathy.
Proficient in phone handling techniques with a focus on active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices in customer service.
Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset, adaptable to diverse personalities and
situations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Candidate should be able to speak in Telugu and Hindi.
