Brand Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities: Preferred Female Candidates

• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to

achieve business objectives and enhance brand equity.

• Online Marketing: Lead the development and execution of online marketing campaigns across

various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as events, sponsorships,

print advertising, and direct mail campaigns, to reach target audiences effectively.

• Public Relations: Manage all aspects of public relations, including media relations, press

releases, and influencer partnerships, to maintain a positive brand image and generate positivepublicity.

• Brand Messaging and Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and communication materials.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends,

consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of

resources and achieve maximum ROI.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales,

product development, and senior leadership, to align brand initiatives with overall businessgoals and objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor & degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Master degree preferred.

• Proven experience (3 years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and

campaigns.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas

clearly and persuasively.

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software.
