Job Description
- Store HVACs PM check points and CCTV camera backup management, fire disaster management.
- Live bakery equipment preventive maintenance & for hygiene
- Store asset portal calls login management.
- Maintenance of ups and battery bank backup power. Updating all Shift wise records of HT breakers daily. Lighting load from LDBs and Incomer Readings.
- Manage To monitor the progress of the work on day-to-day basis and guide the subordinates to resolve the obstacles if any.
- Co-ordinate with the consultant, Follow up with contractors, Suppliers and back office etc.
- Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, Supervision of works.
- Preparing daily/weekly progress Report.
- Preparation of Monthly Planning Reports of work to meet the work targets.
- Coordinating site stores & Execution in a proper & efficient way.
