Designation: Payroll Executive

• Payroll Processing:
• Process and manage the payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll cycles (e.g., bi-weekly, monthly).
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Maintain and update payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Employee Inquiries:
• Address employee questions and concerns related to payroll, including discrepancies, deductions, and adjustments.
• Provide support for employees regarding their pay, tax withholdings, and benefits.
• Reporting and Reconciliation:
• Generate and review payroll reports and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting and audits related to payroll.

SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and payroll software.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
