Senior Finance Executive

• Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
  
• Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions and handling bank related work.
• Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
  
  • Maintain all the financial records & files in a proper manner
  
• Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
  
• Comply with the monthly statutory compliances including processing of payroll.
  
• Generating estimates and invoices in the company's software on a day-to-day basis
  
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, project P&L.
  
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
  
• Update accounts receivable, payable and perform reconciliations
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
  

Mandatory Office Skills

Good Written and Spoken English - Mandatory

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables.

Hands on Experience with Data Entry

Knowledge in Preparing accounts

Should be able to do the do the banks payment and payroll processing.

Should will willing to work late night.
