About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven PPC Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search advertising principles and a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective PPC strategies that drive measurable results, including lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and Quora Ads.
- Create effective campaign strategies aligned with business goals, such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Write compelling ad copy, collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals, and develop high-converting landing pages (as needed).
- Manage ad targeting, bidding strategies (e. , manual, automated), and budgets across all platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Utilize platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other relevant tools for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in paid search advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure PPC campaigns align with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to management based on campaign performance and data analysis.
- Experience & Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and Quora Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid search advertising principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign structuring, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ad management tools (Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. ) Experience with data visualization tools (e. , Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certification Meta Ads Certification Other relevant industry certifications
