Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic individuals for Cars.co.in powered by Big Boy Toyz, who are passionate about automobiles, particularly supercars, to join our team as Sales Managers/Luxury Supercar Enthusiasts. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcase and demonstrate supercars to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
• Provide detailed information about pricing, financing, and warranties.
• Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome: Big opportunity for Freshers & Recent Pass outs.
• Also 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Passion for luxury vehicles, particularly supercars.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
