We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications, implementing back-end components, and integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable server-side applications using Node.js
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate with client-side applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Node.js and related web technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Node.js development
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain the backend services and APIs for our mobile app.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations using Node.js, Express.js, Typescript, and GraphQL.
• Should be proficient in setting up the API endpoints and GraphQL schema
• Work with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend components.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging of backend components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share constructive feedback with team members.
• Collaborate with the database team to design and optimize MongoDB database schemas and queries.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolutions and improvements.
• Nice to have: Prisma ORM, Type-GraphQL, APN (Apple Push Notifications).
