Mis Executive

Position: MIS Executive Marketing
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all marketing-related MIS, including tracking bills, POs, payments, agreements, and expenses.
• Analyze and report the sales vs. marketing expenditure ratio on a regular basis.
• Prepare and update reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions, contracts, and agreements related to marketing.
• Monitor and reconcile budgets and expenses for the marketing department.
• Assist in vendor coordination, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for the marketing teams review.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS, preferably in a marketing setup.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Dashboard and other data management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
• Expertise in Dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Power Bi).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing and finance-related terms and processes.
