Manager -Logistics Operations

• Role & responsibilities

1. Maintaining relationships with existing customers by monitoring weekly performance and handling day to day queries related to Operations.
2. Monitoring collection & outstanding of receivables from existing clients through weekly review with Collection team.
3. Attending weekly / fortnightly / monthly business and service reviews in order to seek gaps and share resolution
4. Proactively communicating to clients with incidents of delay in service.
5. Coordinating with internal & external stakeholder to expedite shipments delivery and maintaining SLA.
6. Complaint management and regular interaction with existing customer
7. pan india travelling will be required
