Inthe SkillEd program, we have trained over 8000+ students in the academic year2023-24. The students are from the final year of engineering and arts sciences colleges. Students were trained in Java, Python, Web Development,C/C++, Advanced MS Office, and Soft Skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the curriculum for selected programsfrom above for the job readiness of College students.
- Effective use of instructional strategies and formativeand summative assessments to improve learning outcomes of students
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly plans and activitiesto ensure timely completion of desired learning objectives outlined in theproject
- Training the students and empowering them to apply andfeel confident in using their learned skills
- Reach out and partner with other organizations, corporatepeople, and groups to identify/create job opportunities for students. Provide periodic reports to the management on theprogress and outcomes
- To participate in the capacity-building programs as perthe project design. Taking care of Bhumi processes (MIS, LMS and others)
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Graduation in any stream and certification and 2 or 3years of working experience in specificprogram or stream
- Experience in training youth in their career andpersonality development.
Knowledge Skill sets required:
- Strong technical aptitude in their field of expertise
- Good communication skills in English (verbal, written andoral).
- Curriculum creation, delivery, and classroom managementskills for handling students
- Experience in teaching/training college students
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team,and with all levels of staff, volunteers, communities, other organizations, andcorporate people
- Ability to learn about, commit to, and educate others onprograms mission and goals.

- Scope : Contractual Trainer / Consultant
- Age Criteria: 25-45
- Reportingto : Assistant Manager, SkillEd
- Remuneration: 45,000 - 50,000 Rs per month - Based on candidate profile
- ExpectedStart Date: Immediate Joiner / Jan 2025
- Location: Bangalore
