Job Description
- Organize reunions, regional meetups, and virtual gatherings to strengthen relationships with alumni.
- Provide career guidance and job placement assistance to alumni, connecting them with relevant opportunities.
- Curate and share resources for professional development, such as workshops, webinars, and skill-building opportunities.
- Create structured opportunities for alumni to give back to Bhumi through mentorship, program support, or community projects.
- Track and report on the impact of alumni in their respective fields and communities, highlighting how their experiences with Bhumi Fellowship have contributed to their success.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Educational Degree : Any Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship
- Relevant Experience(in years) : 1-2 years of experience in alumni engagement, community relations, or similar
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Strong relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Empathy and active listening abilities to understand and address alumni needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging content for newsletters and social media.
