Senior Executive - HR

Job Summary:

Bholasons Gold & Diamond Jewellery is looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive - HR to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and general administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of HR processes, and proficiency in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, address employee queries, and organize engagement activities.

Payroll & Attendance Management: Ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain attendance records, and oversee leave management.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), and ensure adherence to labor laws.

HR Policies & Procedures: Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and skill development programs for employees.

General Administration: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.

Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work under pressure.Role & responsibilities
