Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies to support Bhima's launch and ongoing growth in Singapore.
• Plan and execute BTL campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and on-ground activations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define brand positioning and messaging tailored to the Singaporean market.
• Organize launch events, exhibitions, and brand activations to create buzz and visibility.
• Manage partnerships with local influencers, event agencies, and media partners.
• Drive customer engagement through innovative offline promotions and loyalty programs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or jewelry marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Singaporean market and consumer preferences.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end offline marketing campaigns and events.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
