Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer (Gear company) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in machine setup and operation for broaching, pointing, and swaging operations. The position requires effective leadership, technical expertise, and good communication skills to ensure smooth production processes and high-quality output.

• Design and develop new products, including blueprints, broaching, gear hobbing, and troubleshooting.
  
• Perform maintenance tasks on existing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product design and manufacturing processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Engineering or Mechanical from a recognized institution (essential).
