Business Analyst & Executive Support

1. Executive Assistance:

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions for meetings.
• Draft emails, letters, presentations, and official communications with a high standard of professionalism.

2. Business Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze business data across various verticals of Bhavani Group, including Empty Container Depot, Transport, Logistics, and Garlic Processing.
• Collaborate with the MD to understand business objectives and data requirements.
• Collect data from relevant sources, prepare reports, and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical tools to track performance metrics.

3. Data Management & Analysis:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and develop financial models.
• Generate analytical reports and present data-driven insights to support business strategies.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within business data and propose actionable insights.

4. Communication & Coordination:

• Draft clear and concise emails and official communications in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Ensure effective communication between the MD and stakeholders, including team members, clients, and business partners.

Coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
