We are seeking a highly experienced, tech-savvy leader to drive the product development and large-scale implementation of our HRMS platform.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR technology, product architecture, hands-on experience in modern tech stacks, and a proven track record of managing full-cycle product development and deployment across diverse industries.
The candidate will be responsible for defining the technical vision, leading engineering teams, and delivering scalable and secure solutions while ensuring successful client implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Development & Technical Leadership :
- Define the product architecture and lead full-cycle development of the HRMS platform.
- Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement the latest technologies (cloud, AI/ML, automation).
- Optimize product performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging trends in HR tech, data analytics, and automation.
Implementation & Deployment :
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for large-scale HRMS deployments.
- Establish and manage implementation frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
- Ensure integration with third-party systems (ERP, payroll, compliance systems).
- Develop custom solutions for client-specific requirements while maintaining product stability.
- Conduct performance tuning, system optimization, and stress testing during deployment.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Success :
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, and customer support) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during product implementation.
- Drive post-implementation support to ensure product adoption and performance.
- Work with QA and security teams to ensure the product meets compliance and security standards.
Team Building & Leadership :
- Build and lead a team of high-performing developers, product managers, and implementation specialists.
- Mentor and upskill team members on product development and implementation best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Key Requirements :
- 15+ years of experience in HRMS product development, system architecture, and large-scale implementations.
- Strong background in software engineering principles, cloud architecture, and modern development methodologies (e.g, Agile, DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, including :
1. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. Programming languages (Java, Python, .NET, or similar)
3. Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
4. Integration technologies (APIs, web services)
5. AI/ML tools and frameworks
6. DevOps tools and practices
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving successful product development and implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
