Bharti Airtel - Lead Subject Matter Expert - ServiceNow Development (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- 5-8 years working with ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, BMC, BMC Remedy, BMC Helix, Zendesk, JSM etc

- Well versed with CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework

- Experience in Generative AI and its application

- Experience working in Agile environment

- Developing Configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services

- Hands-on Experience in developing Service Catalogs, Service Portal , Flow designer

- Experience in integration with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.

- Working knowledge of integrating SPM/APM with other modules including ITSM and Major incident Management

- Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS

- Technical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functions

- Expertise in Reporting. Building custom Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow for various modules

- Create Configuration Management policies and procedures for tracking IT assets and licensing

- Experience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI Action, UI Policies ,Data Policy , client script, Business rule)
