The Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing student development and ensuring the efficient management of school facilities. This position involves coordinating sports, cultural activities, and health initiatives while supporting infrastructure maintenance to foster a holistic learning environment.
Responsibilities
Design and oversee sports, fitness, and extracurricular programmes tailored to students interests and needs, including cultural activities such as music, dance, and public speaking.
Promote healthy living through initiatives like the nutri-garden programme and organise community health awareness sessions, with a special focus on menstrual hygiene and female reproductive health.
Supervise school facility maintenance, including regular inspections, project oversight (e.g., sports ground and kitchen renovations), and the upkeep of essential amenities like water filters and sanitary dispensers.
Lead the School Management Committee to ensure the effective delivery of its objectives.
Act as a key advocate for students overall growth and well-being within the school community.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
2 years experience in programme management. (Preferred)
Strong project management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
