Job Description
About the Position
The Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing student development and ensuring the efficient management of school facilities. This position involves coordinating sports, cultural activities, and health initiatives while supporting infrastructure maintenance to foster a holistic learning environment.
Responsibilities - Design and oversee sports, fitness, and extracurricular programmes tailored to students interests and needs, including cultural activities such as music, dance, and public speaking.
- Promote healthy living through initiatives like the nutri-garden programme and organise community health awareness sessions, with a special focus on menstrual hygiene and female reproductive health.
- Supervise school facility maintenance, including regular inspections, project oversight (e.g., sports ground and kitchen renovations), and the upkeep of essential amenities like water filters and sanitary dispensers.
- Lead the School Management Committee to ensure the effective delivery of its objectives.
- Act as a key advocate for students overall growth and well-being within the school community.
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- 2 years experience in programme management. (Preferred)
- Strong project management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
