BharatCares is seeking an Associate Manager for CSR Programs to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling on-ground project implementation and client relationships. This role involves managing CSR initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of education, skill development, and livelihood programs.
Responsibilities
Research and Mapping:
Identify and map potential government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutes, and schools aligned with education, skill development, and livelihood programs.
Engage and network with government agencies, including municipal bodies, state skill development missions, industries departments, and rural development agencies.
Partnership and Networking:
Support and lead partnerships with potential institutes for ground-level implementation of skilling programs.
Strengthen the base of skill development programs through effective partnerships.
Maintain a brief knowledge of the corporate ecosystem, corporate communications, partnerships, and CSR networking.
Strategy and Proposal Development:
Identify potential strategy areas, develop proposals, and conduct research to support policymaking.
Conceptualize various program models, draft proposals with budgets, and present them to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage a team of 5-10 members working on various projects.
Provide guidance, monitor progress, and coordinate with top management for on-ground project insights.
Coordinate daily with project partners, assess project progress, and ensure effective implementation.
Maintain MIS and project dashboards in line with the organization s requirements.
Monitor and track project details, data, and records of all stakeholders for better coordination.
Engage with client organizations to enable and manage program implementation.
Onboard new learners and ensure end-to-end program execution and engagement.
Participate in building, structuring, and developing internal knowledge at the organization level.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Post-graduate degree in Management or Social Development with a preference for those having a multidisciplinary academic profile.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the development sector, consulting, or think tanks.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in managing and developing a team.
Skills:
Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and drive new initiatives.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.

Ability to make informed decisions regarding priorities and time management.
Capability to switch gears at a moment s notice and execute work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
