The Sr. Associate will oversee the implementation of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) programme for Grades 3 8. This role focuses on improving literacy and numeracy skills through structured teaching, teacher support, and progress tracking to ensure measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging lessons focused on foundational literacy and numeracy skills, providing support to students who need remedial help.
Train teachers in FLN pedagogy and provide professional development to equip teachers with effective strategies for teaching FLN.
Co-create and administer periodic assessments to evaluate student learning, using the results to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Track student progress using assessments and analyse data to address learning gaps effectively.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with a primary education focus.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, with expertise in foundational literacy and numeracy. (Preferred)
Skills and Qualities:
Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati.
