Assistant Manager-Program Management

Job Objective of the position / Role

Project /Program Manger drives and coordinates overall Project w.r.t Timeline, cost, Quality delivery and responsiveness to meet milestones.

Key Primary Responsibilities

Financial & Growth

Collate financial budget for the program.

Ensure to keep spend lesser than Budget by way of VA-VE application through respective commodity leader.

¢ Keep track of all customer deliverables for actualisation of expenses

¢ Raise Alert in case of budget over-spill.

¢ Keep the updated data for actualization w.r.t LOI agreements.

¢ Tracking impact of ECN on project commercially and agreement for recovery of same

Customer & Technology Partners

¢ Ensure adherence of program milestones & system kick off in time as per customer dates.

¢ Update customer for program update at pre-defined frequency

¢ Track ECN changes if any and impacts on project timeline.

¢ Ensure the event readiness by two weeks in advance to customer milestone.

Business Processes

¢ Ensure adherence of program milestones as per APQP

¢ Follow discipline of checklist at all gates

¢ Management reporting of Program health

¢ Lead project handover post SOP and IFC for smooth launch

¢ TGR + TGW of program to be reported for flawless launch of next program

¢ To ensure ENMS, SA8000 , ISMS, EHS & QMS requirements are maintained & continuously improved.

¢ To ensure maintaining risk assessment, HIRA, Aspect Impact & energy review.

¢ To ensure compliance obligation related to their process & awareness on ENMS , SA8000, ISMS, EHS & QMS requirements.

Key Competencies & Skills

¢ Knowledge of PM function/ Knowing gate deliverables of MSIL /

¢ Muti tasking on handling min 2-3 programs

¢ MS Office / MS Project

¢ Knowledge of seating system will be preferred
