Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee debt collection processes to minimize financial risk.

- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all debt collection activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in Banking/Recovery/Debt Management.

- Strong expertise in debt collection, financial analysis, and risk assessment.

- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
