Position: Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• 1. Promote and sell company products such as Biofuels and Lubricant in the field.
• 2. Meet with potential customers (e.g., petrol pump owners, industrial clients, Engine oiln Dealers) and explain product details.
• 3. Achieve the assigned sales targets in your designated area.
• 4. Conduct market surveys and promotional activities to onboard new customers.
• 5. Collect feedback and Data from customers and understand their needs.
• 6. Follow company policies and processes strictly.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1. Minimum qualification: 10th pass (graduates will be preferred).
• 2. Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
• 3. Physically and mentally fit for fieldwork.
• 4. Minimum 6 months of sales or marketing experience.
• 5. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• 6. Ability to work on a target-based job.
