Job Title: Architect - Petrol Pump Design

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architect to design and develop petrol pump stations that are functional, sustainable, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of petrol pump designs and experience working with petroleum companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop petrol pump stations, including layout, architecture, and landscaping.

2. Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to determine optimal design solutions.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations.

4. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with petroleum companies, contractors, and stakeholders.

6. Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings, models, and technical specifications.

7. Manage and coordinate with consultants, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in petrol pump design or related field.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing petrol pump designs.

4. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

7. Open to travel at clients land for verification(PAN India)

8. Deep understanding of Govt. Laws towards fuel station and depot

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with sustainable design principles and green building certifications.

2. Knowledge of petroleum industry regulations and standards.

3. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.Role & responsibilities
