Key skills for the job
E-commerce KAM role is responsible for developing and implementing effective key account management (KAM) strategy for e-commerce channel - B2B, B2C for driving achievement of sales/growth targets by leveraging effective listing strategies derived basis analytics. The role holder is also responsible for developing the e commerce business for Hamdard by establishing and enhancing relationships with new as well as existing accounts. TOT negotiation with channel partners as well as ensuring on time delivery of e-commerce orders are also critical to the role holder.
He/ She will be responsible for listing & catalogue, hygiene check on different ECOM platform like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Tata 1 MG , Healthful etc.
Website management, discounts and price update. Driving ROAS/ ACOS effectively to drive positive business ROI.
Managing promotional activity and campaign. A+ content, keyword optimization. Complete ECOM operation management.

Education Qualifications Post-graduate with a specialization in Sales & Marketing

Knowledge:- E-commerce ways of working (SEO, CTR optimization, Market intelligence, Business development, Relationship management, consumer behavior
