Male Pharmacist For Hamdard Wellness Centre, Patna

Role Title: Pharmacist

Department: Retail Wellness Centre

Reporting To Clinic Operations Manager

Location/ Unit: Patna-Wellness Centre

Job Objective:

Improve patient experience at the Wellness Centre through alignment of operational and administrative activities. To ensure the right medicines as per the prescription are billed and given to the patients after explaining the dosages.

Role & responsibilities :

Pharmacy Operation

• Collect prescription and dispense medicines to the patients
• Monitor & manage medicine stocks, place order & receive stocks/Inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy for efficient product identification. Oversee receipt, stocking and monitoring of medicines to prevent expiration or deterioration. Ensure safe storage per guidelines and SOPs, adhering to statutory norms.

Clinic Operations Management

• Coordinate day to day operational and administrative activities with clinic staff and Clinic operations in-charge
• Consistently work towards improving patient experience
• Contribute to clinic service management strategy

Education

• B Pharma/D Pharma(Unani-Medicine) from a recognized University/Institution
• Valid Registration- to be used at Wellness Centre (Must)

Experience

At least 3-4 years of experience in clinical practice in a reputed institution/hospital

Knowledge & Skills

• Conversant with Unani & Modern medicines
• Well conversant with basic computing skills
• Ability to learn & adapt to medicine inventory management through clinic ERP
• Knowledge about visual merchandising
• Understanding of FIFO, inventory management, Audit, Shortage/excess stock balancing etc.
• Good at up selling OTC products

Behavioral Skills

• High level of Patient Orientation
• Willingness to learn and update
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu & Hindi/relevant regional languages
• Persuasive skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity
