Officer HR

We are looking for an Officer HR at Hyderabad location.

Candidate should be having the capability to work in the HR function and have experience of :

• Handling end to end recruitment of candidates in a talent acquisition profile.
• Support in formulating HR policies and implementation.
• Knowledge of HR technology tools, process and systems, HR analytics, knowledge of ERP systems.
• Managing employee relations, knowledge of Industrial and Labour Laws and Contract Labour Management.
• Learning and Development plan in identifying and analyzing training needs of the organization and e-learning techniques and platforms.
• Knowledge in PMS and Talent Management systems.
• Salary disbursement & attendance management of employees and related statutory compliances.
• Organizational Development initiatives.
• Handling Disciplinary matters
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge in MS Office and presentation skills
• Knowledge of liaisoning with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper Record Keeping of all legal matters.
• Team Player and Team builder
• Effective negotiation skills

Desired Candidate Profile :

Two year fulltime with min 60% in post graduate / equivalent course in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Psychology or MBA in HR / Personnel Management from AICTE approved / UGC recognised institute / university.

Age Limit: 26 years as on date of advertisement.

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in reputed Organizations/Groups.

Officer: Starting CTC Rs. 7.20 Lakhs per annum and Other Benefits
