Position: Sr. Category Executive- Brands on Bewakoof (BOB)

Reporting Manager: Associate Director (BOB)

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

Category Strategy Development:

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behaviour, competitor

landscape, and industry trends.

• Develop comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives,

including sales targets, profit goals, and product assortment.

• Identify growth opportunities within the category and develop plans to capitalize on

them.

Vendor Management:

• Establish and manage relationships with key vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and

product availability.

• Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop new products and optimize existing offerings.

Product Assortment Management:

• Analyse sales data to identify best-selling products and slow-moving items.
• Optimize product mix based on customer demand and profitability.
• Manage product lifecycle, phasing out old products and introducing new ones.

Pricing and Promotion Strategy:

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and make adjustments as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track key category metrics such as sales, profit, market share, and customer feedback.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management to communicate category performance

and strategic insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, merchandising, sales, and supply chain teams to execute

category strategies.

• Align marketing campaigns with category goals to maximize impact.
