Analyst- Reimbursement and Expenses

Role & responsibilities

Assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Companys Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.

• Support Administrator for the expense management application.
• Support Card Administrator for the corporate credit card program.
• Identify, capture, and communicate exceptions to Policy to management.
• Respond to inquiries about the expense reporting application, provide support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction.
• Ensure system audit rules, reminders, and system settings are operating correctly, and employee data is updated accurately and activated.
• Work with the General Accounting team on process improvement and efficiencies where appropriate
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and employee reimbursements in NetSuite.
• Handle integration between Expense Management Platform (Ramp) and NetSuite
• Support the preparation of reports and user/ admin training material where required on a periodic basis to address updates to the compliance monitoring process
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills & effective listening skills
• Should be flexible to business needs and uses sound judgment and tact in dealing with work flow and uncertain situations
• Exposure to ERP systems and T&E Workflow solutions like SAP Concur, ChromeRiver, NetSuite is preferred.
