Deputy Manager Account Payable - Travel & Expense

Role & responsibilities

Manage Daily Work allocation and review Deliverables

• Ensure 100% SLA adherence (TAT + Accuracy) by AP team.
• Handle and respond to Business/Location queries & escalations
• Having good knowledge of SAP concur/ different T&E claims tools.
• Having good experience in Employee claims and assist in the follow-up process to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve claims in a timely manner.
• Having good exposer & experience in corporate policy.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns from policyholders or claimants, offering guidance on the claims process and explaining policy coverage as needed.
• Ensure that all claims processes are conducted in accordance with company policies.
• Analytic Skill, PPT in Power Point, MIS Report, process improvement through automation
• Scrutiny of Employee ledger, Advances, and clearing in regular basis
• Connect with business head and external stake holders to resolve the queries.
• Flexible with working hours & manage profile with any AP process
• Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
• Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
• Good Knowledge of foreign accounting & forex calculation.

Educational Background and Work Experience

• MBA qualified with 7 - 8 years of experience.

Competencies

• SAP & accounting knowledge is must
• Advantage in experience in employee claims/ERP tools.
