Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervise T&E Analysts in Concur, CMG and Vantage expense processing and credit card administration. Serve as contact for agency, vendor and interdepartmental issues. Assist in developing processes to meet our service level agreements with the agencies and in conformance with standard auditing practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervise the personnel and daily functions related to Concur, CMG and Vantage expense processing and credit card administration. Resolve employee issues that may arise
  • Back-up on expense processing in all systems when needed
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures related to department functions. Implement and communicate enhancements required.
  • Ensure expense reports are audited in compliance with SP&P and obtain resolutions to any issues
  • Troubleshoot interface issues between Concur and the financial systems.
  • Assist in new agency/plant conversions and help ensure staffing and system requirements are met
  • Monitor and respond to issues from agencies and STC Concur team including escalated issues from Remedy and group e-mail
  • Oversee Concur Business Objects access and set-up
  • Review and report on potential agency duplicate expenses using internal audit software
  • Regular and reliable attendance required

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate
  • 5 + years of experience with a minimum of two year Concur experience preferred
  • Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and resource development skills
  • Ability to effectively delegate responsibility and supervise the activities of others
  • Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment while achieving high levels of performance with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to interface well with other internal departments and outside customers
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

SHIFT SCHEDULE :

7.30 p.m. to 4 a.m.
