Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding new hires.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop interview questions.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).
  
• Strong understanding of executive search processes for leadership positions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/candidates.
  
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
