Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for residential projects, including direct selling and channel partnerships.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire high net worth individual (HNI) clients through corporate sales and real estate marketing efforts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive property acquisitions and residential sales growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers to increase revenue generation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in real estate or related field, preferably in HNI sales or corporate selling.
  
• Strong understanding of channel partners, enterprise sales, property acquisition, real estate sales, and residential sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
